As another year comes to a close, you may be winding down your thoughts for 2016 and setting new resolutions for 2017. The end of a year is a good time for reflection. Often times it is easy to get caught up in the everyday hustle and bustle of work, family, and society. Taking time to reflect on 2016 will help you have the best year yet in 2017. With 2017 in mind, find a purpose and intention that will help you accomplish your 2017 goals. Finish this phrase, “2017 will be the year of __________.” Write this phrase down and post it on your bathroom mirror, refrigerator, or anywhere you need a constant reminder when times are tough and you give up hope of your goals. Your 2017 goal does not have to be a tangible thing like money or possessions; it can be a self-healing goal like positivity or trustworthiness. Whatever you set your goal to be, remember your purpose and intentions in having the best year yet in 2017.
